Nevermore Raven Decoration

I'm trying to start my halloween party decorations early this year. This was created from two dollar store pieces; a raven and a plastic skull.

I decoupaged book pages on both and decoupaging over feathers isn't easy! Then I printed some pages from The Raven ebook by Poe , cut out some lines and decoupaged them on top. I then used some distressing ink to blend the white printed pages with the aged book pages.


I actually have the wire from the raven bent so it is just sitting on top of the skull, right now. But you can glue them together. I probably will before the party. I also cut part of a box (I think cold meds came in it) so that the skull stood more upright and placed it under its head.


I plan on spraying some shiney glitter over both before the party. This will be on a tablescape.
